Review guidelines
Reviews should be genuine, specific, respectful and useful to other South Africans.
Write from experience
Review only the exact business and branch you personally dealt with. Explain what happened, when relevant, without exaggeration.
Keep people safe
Do not publish private addresses, identity numbers, bank details, passwords, medical information, threats, hate speech or accusations of crime presented as proven fact.
No manipulation
Businesses, staff, competitors and agencies may not create fake reviews, offer rewards for positive ratings, suppress genuine criticism or coordinate review campaigns.
Advertising stays separate
Featured placements are advertisements. They never change the review score or allow an advertiser to control customer feedback.
